
Happy Spirit Week! Today was white-out day. Tomorrow's theme is “Anything but a Backpack." Let’s see what our creative students and staff come up with to carry their school supplies!


Physics has been learning about density and buoyancy through their Build a Boat Project! The goal for the boat was for it to be able to hold both students and float for a minimum of one minute without taking on water!

First and Second Graders loved running through the school forest! They had a great time on today's field trip.






It’s a great night for a football game! Cheer on Mercer/Butternut/Chequamegon vs Hurley. Go Luis and Dylan!





Third-Sixth Graders went on a field trip to Log a Load in Pence. They learned about the logging industry, the impacts on the environment, and some important life lessons from the loggers.

Culinary Arts made cheesecakes this week, a huge success: Lemon Mousse, Strawberry New York, Chocolate, and Caramel Apple Streusel!

It's GAME DAY in Mercer!


Senior Cody Augustiniak joins the 600 pound club!


7th and 8th graders were invited to participate in an invitation-only event Forest Careers Field Day, hosted by the LEAF K-12 Forestry Education Program! This was an opportunity for our students to participate in hands-on activity stations led by many professionals exploring a wide range of forest-focused careers. The event took place at the Cedric A. Vig Outdoor Classroom (CAVOC) in Rhinelander.











Junior and Senior students attended the Wisconsin Education Fair (WEF) at Northland College in Ashland today! They had the opportunity to meet with and ask questions of the representatives from various universities, technical colleges, and military branches.

First and Second Graders used pattern blocks as a part of their math warmup. They enjoyed creating fall shapes. Lots of math and learning to share!

7th grade science learning about chemical reactions by testing and analyzing the bath-bombs they created!
