This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in the agenda.
Please Note:
The District discourages the public and/or media from attending the meeting in person at its noticed location due to concerns with health and safety and encourages the use of the alternative methods described below of access that the District is providing. The district may limit the physical attendance at the noticed location, to the guidelines recently established by State and Federal Health officials as of the last date of the notice, and at the time of this notice, being June 16, 2020.
Given these extraordinary circumstances, the district is taking measures to provide, to the best of our ability, access by the public to the meeting. We are providing the following links that can be used to access the board meeting in a “live stream” type media format. If for some reason individuals cannot utilize this technology from a remote perspective, the district will have set aside two separate rooms at the school that up to 10 people per room will be able to view the meeting Live Stream. All attendees in these rooms will be required to follow the established separation guidelines as established by State and Local Health Officials. If there is anyone who would require any other accommodation, please contact the Mercer School District at (715)-476-2154. The links for the meeting are listed below and will further be communicated on the School District Website on Friday the 24th of July, and via a “text message” blast to the general public on Friday the 24th of July.
